Today we’ll have the first lecture from the Photography Thursday series at the International Culture Centre. At 5:00 p.m. Monika Kozień-Świca will tell us when photography became an art, and right after her lecture, at 7:00 p.m., we invite you for another book presentation at Camelot Gallery & Imago Mundi Gallery. This time it will be a collection of texts by Allan Sekula, entitled The Social Uses of Photography. Worth having a look, given that this is the first Polish translation of the most important texts by this remarkable critic and artist!
