Due to the fragile nature of political and economic relations between the two continents (and a personal faith in the virtues of invisibility) usually travels under an assumed name. Based temporarily in the supermetropolis of New Lagos, for an assessment of the tonal configurations and abstractions of the city and its people, gauging their relative levels of fear, arrogance and excitement. Report to be submitted to his superiors in London, a city to which he may not return.
