The lecture “The Sense in Collecting” is a story of accumulating works of art with a particular focus on photography (using the author as an example). Wojciech Nowicki will try to answer some basic questions: What is collecting? Does it make sense? What purpose does it serve? What targets should a beginner (or any) collector set themselves? What are the technical requirements? Does the collector have freedom of choice?
