THE HISTORY OF PHOTOGRAPHY Â PART ONE
The History of Photography is a new series of meetings organised by the Krakow Branch of the Art Historians’ Association.
The beginnings of photography will be recounted by: Danuta Jackiewicz (National Museum in Warsaw), The Golden Years of the 1850s in Photography and Adam KorczyĹski (PAU), The PAU Fototeka in Lanckoronna – A Difficult History – A Multiplicity of Subjects. The inauguration of the new series will be accompanied by An Exhibition of Nineteen Nineteenth-century British Photographs – from the Collections of the PAU Fototeka in Lanckoronna.
