Sunday is best ushered in with an English breakfast on the Barge. There, in the fine company of such photography stars as Jason Evans, Vince Petersen, Wojciech SĹota, RafaĹ MasĹow, Jacek Poremba, Artur Rawicz, and Marcin BÄ
kiewicz, with the participation of Chris Salewicz, you’ll find out what links photography and music, and what a photo pass is for the masters of the camera.
On this afternoon we also invite you to visit the exhibitions with us: at noon you’ll be guided around Mark Power’s exhibit by the artist himself, at 1:30 p.m. the curator of Facts of Life – Katy Barron – will guide you around her display, at 3:30 p.m. Anna Fox will play tour guide, along with the curator of her solo exhibit, Anne McNeill, and at 6:00 p.m. in Camelot Gallery Val Williams will speak on post-war British photography.
Sunday is also time for the last openings of the exhibitions from the main programme: at 3:30 p.m. at the Ethnographic Museum we invite you to have a look at Jeremy Millar’s As Witkiewicz exhibition, which grew from the artist’s fascination for StanisĹaw Witkiewicz and BronisĹaw Malinowski. Filling out this photographic portrait of Great Britain will be the exhibition of work s by Adam Broomberg and Oliver Chanarin, showing their latest series, Afterlife, in Krakow – opening Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at ZPAF & Co. Gallery.
The day closes with a concert by BudyĹ at PiÄkny Pies.
